Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days of payment. Orders made during promotional periods and special sales events may lead to longer shipping times, at the discretion of Smartmi. In such cases, customers will be informed in advance.

All goods are inspected and sealed before delivery to avoid damage.

No-restocking fee will be charged to the consumers in the event a product is returned.

Smartmi will always keep you updated on your order status via email. Orders cannot be canceled once they have left our warehouse.

Free standard shipping is available on smartmiglobal.com.Free standard shipping is usually available for orders over 100. We do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.

Guaranteed shipping

You can view  delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email, and by checking your order status on the website. Courier Delivery cost includes tip.

We only charge delivery costs for the first shipping.


How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated based on the shipping address and the shipping method chosen. The following options can be selected during checkout:

Standard Shipping (7-10 business days processing time + 4-9 business days delivery)

Shipping Courier: DHL/GLS

Please note that delivery dates are estimates only. Additional charges may be  added  for shipping addresses in remote locations. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Due to Covid-19, there may be additional delays on delivery.
